What a fantastic final day for Amrit in Sheffield!
In the 200m freestyle, he progressed from an entry time of 2:02.36 to 2:01.73 in the heats, before producing a superb 1:58.97 in the final to win a brilliant silver medal. 🥈
He then delivered another excellent performance in the 200m individual medley, improving from 2:23.72 to 2:21.66 in the heats and finishing the final in 2:18.50.
Two huge personal bests, another national silver medal and a day to be very proud of.
