Bexley SC went on tour for October half term to not-quite-so-sunny Spain.
The team spent just under a week in Torremolinos refining their technique, building their stamina and getting put through their paces at the magnificent Piscina Virgen Del Carmen III – an 8 lane, 50 meter outdoor pool on the outskirts of the city.
Hard graft in the pool was broken up with trips to the shopping district, the beach, a well-loved pizza establishment and some crazy golf.
Thank you to Patricia for the immense amount of planning that went into the trip, and to Coach Mick and Beth and their intrepid Team Managers tasked with wrangling 37 teens. Memories were made.
