It was a busy day for Amrit today, with some seriously impressive results!
In the 200m butterfly, Amrit entered with a time of 2:21.03, improved to 2:19.69 in the heats and then produced a fantastic 2:17.73 in the final to finish 5th overall.
He followed that with another brilliant performance in the 100m freestyle. Entering on 57.26, Amrit swam 56.54 in the heats before smashing out a 55.32 in the final, just missing the bronze medal by a 0.08!
Outstanding swimming and a masterclass in improving with every race. Huge congratulations, Amrit!
