The Aquatics GB Next Gen Day 4 Championships, held in Sheffield on July 19th, 2026, showcased standout performances from both Amrit and Gabi.
Competing in the 400m freestyle, Amrit demonstrated exceptional progress. He entered the race with a time of 4:25.09 and delivered a significant personal best in the heats, finishing in 4:17.48. Amrit further improved in the final with a strong time of 4:13.78, which secured him 4th place overall. With two personal bests, it was a remarkable performance on the day.
Gabi also excelled in the 100m backstroke. He reduced his entry time of 1:05.46 to 1:04.76 in the heats, followed by another personal best in the final with a time of 1:03.82, ultimately finishing 6th overall. His two personal bests marked a highly successful day at the championships.
Both Amrit and Gabi achieved notable milestones and personal bests, marking a proud day for Aquatics GB and their teams.
